Emerging Horizons is a lecture series exploring young architectural practices and the changing ways in which the discipline is practiced today. Organised by the School of Architecture at the University of Alcalá, the programme brings together emerging architects, curators, and researchers whose work reflects new approaches to architecture and its social, cultural, and territorial contexts.

The series responds to a discipline undergoing profound transformations, questioning established forms of practice and opening new ways of understanding the architect’s role. Through lectures and conversations around contemporary projects and critical perspectives, Emerging Horizons creates a space to examine how architecture can respond to changing social, cultural, and professional conditions.
